We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Lead Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading or co-leading project teams and managing multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that project teams' current workflow practices are in line with company standards and proposed improvements. You will also establish good working relationships with different parties to promote continued partnerships and support the procurement of new business.

In addition to your leadership skills, you will have expertise in reviewing and modifying all drawings & BIM Model development required by the project, including production of BIM Model, submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, as-built etc.

You will review and make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted and liaise with authority for all submission matters as required under the supervision of seniors.

To be successful in this role, you must have minimum 6-8 years' relevant experience as an architectural assistant and possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Board of Architects (BOA).

You should also have experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, Enscape and delivering projects from concept to completion of construction.
