Senior Project Lead

Job Overview:

The IT Senior Project Lead will oversee a portfolio of complex initiatives, driving project success across business, technology, and enterprise. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital projects and programs from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing project scope, timelines, risks, and budget
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Pitching and presenting project strategies, updates, and impacts to senior management and stakeholders
  • Identifying dependencies and proactively mitigating risks that may impact project deliverables

Project Management

The Senior Project Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and presenting business cases with a consulting mindset
  • Providing strategic recommendations for system upgrades, replacements, and process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and technology risk management standards
  • Managing project stakeholders, including escalation, expectation, conflict, and scope changes
