ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving improvement and integration of sales systems to streamline operations and support growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will possess strong system knowledge and collaboration skills to support ERP integration, sales enablement, and cross-team process optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support ERP rollout, ensuring sales processes are correctly configured and tested.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and improve performance.
  • Manage and optimize sales systems like DMS, SFA, and CMS for productivity.
  • Oversee contract workflows, validations, and issue resolution across multiple teams.
  • Lead training, change management, and adoption of sales technology tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field with relevant systems experience.
  • 3+ years in sales operations, enablement, or system management roles.
  • Strong collaborator who communicates effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, salesforce tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and solution-focused with strong attention to detail.
