  • Auditing and monitoring specialist vendors' and outsourced maintenance providers' service standards to ensure alignment with our expectations.
  • Collaborating with senior departmental leadership in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects to foster strategic growth.
  • Coordinating project activities and providing support for minor works and capital projects, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ACMV settings within healthcare environments.
