Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize our sales systems, leading system deployments and driving process improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying new ERP systems, ensuring proper configuration and testing to align with sales order processes.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, legal, and sales) to troubleshoot system-related issues and ensure smooth integration into daily operations. The ideal candidate will also provide assistance and training to the team during the transition, ensuring effective adoption of the system's features.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales effectiveness, sales capability, sales systems or similar fields
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, independent and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess business challenges and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with ERP system functionalities and prior experience in system deployment is advantageous
