We're seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Software Architect to drive technical leadership across teams and domains. As an expert in designing scalable, resilient systems, you'll be responsible for architecting and driving the development of high-performance systems that align with business objectives.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced backend software engineer who is passionate about building robust, secure, and fault-tolerant systems.

  1. System Architecture: Design and review scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure system architectures, including multi-region disaster recovery and strong data consistency.
  2. Technical Leadership: Provide domain expertise and guidance across multiple teams; drive cross-functional architectural discussions.
  3. Business Alignment: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, considering long-term product and company strategy.
  4. Mentorship & Collaboration: Coach engineers, drive knowledge sharing, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in backend system design and development.
  • Tech Stack Expertise: Deep expertise in Java, with mastery of backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, WebFlux), messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), and distributed databases (SQL/NoSQL, Redis, etc.).
  • Architectural Skills: Experience designing and scaling large distributed systems with a focus on performance, availability, security, and resilience.
