Job Title: Senior Backend Systems Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced backend systems architect to lead our technical teams and drive the development of scalable, resilient systems that align with business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and review system architectures to ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and security.
  • Provide domain expertise and guidance across multiple teams.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Buid high-quality reusable components and establish best practices.
  • Define and implement domain-level standards and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in backend system design and development.
  • Deep expertise in Java or Go and mastery of backend frameworks, messaging systems, and distributed databases.
  • Experience designing and scaling large distributed systems.
  • Able to define and implement engineering standards and technical guidelines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is desirable.
