Job Description:
Singapore-based organisation is seeking a seasoned Finance Analyst to join their team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Finance Manager in coordinating and preparing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Finance Manager in coordinating and preparing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Aid in the preparation of investment proposals and new business models.
  • Collaborate in the creation of the commercial plan.
  • Monitor actual results versus forecasts, budgets or prior year.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis that support daily business decisions.
  • Offer timely financial insights and recommendations.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and reporting enhancements.


Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related disciplines.
  • 5-7 years of experience with at least 3 years in financial/business analysis.
  • Experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Advanced Excel skills for building complex financial models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP BPC & BI is an advantage.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • High level of commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
