Job Title: Senior Financial Business Partner

We seek an experienced and skilled financial business partner to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance across the region.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure trade and brand investments align with financial objectives.

  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities by analysing market, customer, and brand performance trends.
  • Ensure effective budgeting and forecasting processes are in place, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the year.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations on portfolio, promotions, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to analyse market, customer, and brand performance trends.
  • Lead the development of risk mitigation and opportunity maximisation strategies.
  • Drive strategic responses to identified risks and opportunities.
Financial Insights & Analytics:
  • Conduct in-depth market, brand, and pricing analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations on portfolio, promotions, and pricing.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic financial discussions is essential. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment is also required.

  • 8+ years of finance experience in a regional FMCG environment, with a strong focus on commercial finance and business partnering.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic financial discussions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
