As a key member of the Changi Airport corporate safety office, you will play a pivotal role in the effective implementation and maintenance of the safety management system to achieve a high level of workplace safety and health (WSH) performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide expert advice and support to WSH stakeholders, guiding CAG divisions to fulfill their WSH stakeholder roles.

• Conduct internal WSH audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

• Investigate major WSH occurrences, recommending corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.

• Organize WSH committee meetings and develop safety promotion strategies to enhance workplace safety and health.

**Desirable Skills and Experience:**

• Proven experience in implementing WSH risk management strategies.

• Knowledge of human factors principles and their application in a workplace setting.

• Familiarity with safety investigations and root cause analysis techniques.

• Lead auditor or auditor qualifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001) would be advantageous.

**Requirements:**

• A degree in occupational safety and health or a related field.

• MOM-registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with experience in the airport environment.

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a WSHO.

• Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements related to WSH.

• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to exercise initiative, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to plan and execute safety promotion events and activities.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
