Overview:

The position of Senior Specialist/Engineer Service Operations is designed to provide critical support to internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained.

This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL principles, network, and application/system support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers
  • Ensure correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations
  • Act as customer SPOC and coordinate scheduling of intervention with Customer's resolver groups and Service Desk
  • Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards
  • Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years experience in network, and/or application/system support domain
  • Direct experience with external customers delivering to SLAs
  • Exposure to ITIL and IT/network components and principles
  • Maturity in handling complex customer issues and demanding customers
