The Lifestyle Concierge will serve as the primary interface for high and ultra-high net worth customers, anticipating and managing their lifestyle needs with exceptional customer service and unique solutions of superior quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience in travel/tourism, hospitality, retail, or hotel/guest services.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

This role requires a resourceful and detail-oriented individual who can develop relevant solutions to customers' needs, utilizing proprietary and available resources to fulfill requests.
