Social Media Influencer Strategist

RepubliK, a pioneering social media platform in the web3 space, is on the lookout for a skilled and innovative marketing professional to join our global influencer marketing division. In this role, you will oversee creative and experimental marketing campaigns and content initiatives from inception to execution. Furthermore, the Influencer Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding RepubliK's ambassador and creator-affiliate programs, which includes outreach, management, and personalized onboarding of selected content creators into the RepubliK ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage talent within specific or emerging sectors (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch) across various niches (e.g., cryptocurrency, technology, lifestyle, dance, beauty, fashion, etc.)
  • Conduct research and monitor social media trends and influencer activities to uncover partnership and creative opportunities.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with influencers and creator-affiliates, including onboarding processes, daily communications, and content collaboration.
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and creative initiatives in targeted markets.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, calls, and weekly performance reporting.
  • Organize and manage records, content, and documentation related to the roster of influencers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, marketing agency, public relations agency, or a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, best practices, influencers, content creators, and current social media trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional language.
  • Proven ability to independently initiate and monetize relationships with influencers or achieve successful social media engagements, such as high-performing first or second-party content.
  • Priority will be given to applicants with knowledge in the following sectors: Entertainment and Media, Finance, Exchange, and Cryptocurrency.
  • Experience in the following fields will also be prioritized: Go-To-Market Strategies, Product Marketing, Content Creation, and Talent Scouting.
