Crystal Ambassador

About the Role

You will be our brand ambassador, working closely with the team to support Area Manager and partner with Customer Experience (CX) training team to cascade relevant training modules.

• Develop career development plans and motivate Swarovski Crystal Experts (SCE) through varied classroom and in-store training.

• Collaborate with Store Managers to deliver best results in commerciality and customer experience, driving market share and enhancing brand image.

• Ensure training programs meet Singapore Progressive Wage Model (PWM) requirements.

• Maintain grooming standards of all Crystal Experts and visual merchandising of stores.

• Perform other projects and assigned job duties as mutually agreed.

• Rotate among all stores in Singapore

About You

You will be an exceptional Field Coach with:

• Excellent fashion sense and passion for our brand and products.

• Experience or interest in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong motivation and customer orientation.

• Willingness to develop your career and grow with us.

• Previous retail experience.
