Account Growth Specialist, Reinsurance and Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients, their insurance teams, and Aon's global teams.
  • Assist in reinsurance broking support, underwriting information management, and policy document preparation.
  • Coordinate premium collections, claims processing, and risk management programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly reports, stewardship reports, and renewal reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Risk and Insurance Management or Business.
  • At least one to two years of experience in reinsurance or insurance broking.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is an advantage.
  • A team player with strong multitasking and travel skills.
  • Good relationship development skills, with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
