About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Biotechnology Sales Professional to join our team in Singapore. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and needs are met.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant documentation to senior management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in key account management, preferably in the biotechnology industry.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

A highly competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
