Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Executive to join our team at MTC Consulting Pte Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing vehicular Net Promoter Score (NPS) and analyzing customer complaints to refine product and service improvement points.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee vehicular Net Promoter Score (NPS) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer complaints and suggest product/service improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Regularly produce analysis reports and provide decision-making insights to drive business growth.
- Establish and track customer complaint handling processes and evaluate results to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct research and surveys on customers, distributors, and aftersales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Score, compare performance, analyze, and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage the NPS database and provide an overview of the NPS landscape to inform business decisions.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in an automotive distributor/dealer environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- IT and software knowledge is an added advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with China HQ.
