Upstream Bioprocess Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioprocess Applications Specialist to support our upstream product lines in the biopharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team and customers to provide technical support, develop project plans, and contribute to the improvement of our products.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in upstream process development, perfusion technology, and intensified processes for different bioproducts. They will analyze global field data and prepare updates for relevant business partners. Additionally, they will develop and execute project plans to meet customer needs using Repligen technologies and draft detailed technical reports from customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers for our XCell ATF systems, Spectrum Hollow Fiber, TFDF Technology, and KrosFlo TFF System product lines.
- Develop project plans to meet customer needs using Repligen technologies.
- Draft detailed technical reports from customer interactions.
- Contribute to applications data and collateral generation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific (biology/biochemistry) or engineering (chemical) field.
- 6+ years of experience working in upstream process development in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal/written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with customers and partners.
