Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to join our team as a part-time Restaurant Service Crew member.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

  • Receive and confirm reservations, either in-person or online.
  • Greet guests warmly and manage waiting lists as necessary.
  • Provide menus and answer initial questions to ensure guests feel welcome.
  • Usher diners to their tables and deliver menus with a smile.
  • Assign guests to preferred tables while balancing table rotation to ensure efficient service.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
  • Respond promptly to complaints and work to resolve issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu and offer recommendations as needed.
  • Be prepared to assist with other roles within the restaurant as required.
Key Requirements
