Job Title: Automation Architect

We are seeking an experienced Factory Automation Architect to lead the design, planning, and deployment of advanced automation in our manufacturing facility.

  • Create automation solutions for manufacturing processes, integrating technologies such as RFID, AGVs, AMRs, and data analytics.
  • Oversee end-to-end automation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Drive real-time data analytics, IoT integration, and predictive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Strategy & Design: Develop comprehensive automation strategies that enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management: Manage automation projects from start to finish, guaranteeing timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality.
  • Smart Factory Development: Implement real-time data analytics, IoT integration, and predictive maintenance to optimize factory operations.
  • System Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless integration of automation technologies with existing systems.
  • Technical Leadership & Training: Guide engineering teams on best practices and new technologies, train staff on system use.
  • Compliance & Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain process documentation, troubleshoot systems, identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
  • Expertise in automation technologies, robotics, and process optimization.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma a plus).
