Operational Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Administrator to take ownership of a critical operational role, supporting a major network.

  • Provide operational support for a secure, offline Windows server environment with high-security measures in place.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Windows Administrators, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Manage and support Windows Server 2022 and 2016 infrastructure, delivering stable and efficient services.
  • Oversee system monitoring, incident management, and escalation procedures to minimize downtime.
  • Administer and support enterprise backup, recovery, and security tools, including Veritas NetBackup, Veritas Backup Exec, SSH Tectia, and other monitoring platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows environments and deliver long-term solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in Windows Server (2022/2016) environments with emphasis on security and stability.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team of administrators, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise backup, recovery, and monitoring tools (NetBackup, Backup Exec, Tectia, or similar).
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments, with ability to operate effectively in high-security settings.
