Business Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Director to lead our day-to-day operations and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple outlets, coaching and motivating teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of multiple outlets
  2. Coach and motivate sales and therapy teams to achieve targets and KPIs
  3. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
  4. Manage customer complaints
  5. Oversee outlet administration duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, and Administrative duties
  • Excellent customer service skills with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and positive work attitude with good initiative
  • Able to work retail hours
