This senior leadership role is responsible for leading the operational functions across multiple sites to ensure seamless coordination and consistent quality. The Director of Business Operations will develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's business objectives, drive regional growth in Singapore, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and oversee all operational functions to ensure efficient service delivery and effective resource allocation.
  2. Develop and execute business strategies that meet company goals and drive revenue growth.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and expand service offerings through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  4. Manage commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  5. Monitor market trends, client requirements, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for business expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management within the cleaning, facilities management, or related service industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale operations, managing multi-site teams, and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in tender management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Solid understanding of ISO management systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 preferred).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
