Responsibilities

This role involves supporting student management processes, programme management, team coordination, and project management. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking course completion and progression of students, maintaining accurate programme information, and processing enrolment and withdrawal requests. Additionally, this role requires providing secretarial support for meetings and decisions, managing teaching and learning resources, and assisting in assessment result review and submission. Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities are essential to handle various responsibilities efficiently. Good communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders are also necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly MS Word and Excel) is essential; familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage.
