Job Title: Senior Learning Experience CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Learning Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support for the Learning Beyond the Classroom Department, ensuring seamless management of all systems and provision.
Main Responsibilities:- To champion the values and mission of Learning Beyond the Classroom, supporting all departments under the umbrella.
- Manage the administration of all Outdoor Education provision, ensuring relevant information is up-to-date.
- Establish positive relations and manage effective communication between external providers, suppliers, parents, staff, and students.
- Ensure logistical arrangements for onsite and offsite provision align with College policy and procedures.
- Work closely with Visit Leads, Head of Year, Procurement, Finance Department, Health Centre, business operations to ensure provision follows College policies and legislation.
- Liaise with external providers, Procurement, and Finance Departments to budget provision and collect outstanding payments where necessary.
- Support teachers with provision, including resource, logistical, and best practice guidance.
- Provide clear and timely information to students, staff, and parents regarding provision.
- Manage complaints effectively, following up as needed using communication channels within the College and liaising with stakeholders when necessary.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across the College, staying informed about activities in all Schools and contributing to day-to-day life at the College.
- A degree preferred; diploma or certificate in business, sports management, administration, or related field.
- At least one year's experience working in a customer-facing role, coordinating projects or activities across the organisation.
- Experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and service providers.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, IT systems, and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Effective organisational and time management skills, prioritising workload and multitasking.
- The ability to be flexible, responsible, and detail-oriented.
