We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our team and take advantage of our comprehensive training program.

The selected candidate will undergo a 15-month training program, which includes local attachment to Pfizer Inc., providing hands-on experience and valuable insights into the field.
During this program, you will have the opportunity to develop manufacturing/operating instructions, troubleshoot processes, investigate quality and EHS-related issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure site safety and quality standards.
Our ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, preferably in chemical engineering or a related field, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Bonus points if you have demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment, process engineering knowledge, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
