We're seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Colombia. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring employee behavior and customer service performance, providing structured feedback and recommendations, and analyzing quality reports.

This role requires excellent organizational, time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills. You should have knowledge of quality terms, tools, and methodologies, as well as experience in performing quality audits and root cause analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably with a degree in any field, and at least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
