Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Specialist. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional customer experiences and delivering top-notch service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver extraordinary customer experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Craft high-quality food and beverages consistently.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Ensure equipment and services are always in optimal condition.
  • Manage point-of-sale systems and other devices efficiently.
  • Tally sales accurately at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain detailed inventory records for food, pastries, milk, coffee & disposables.
  • Keep the store clean and inviting at all times.
  • Ensure smooth store opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to calibrate espresso and filter-based coffees to specifications.
  • Proficiency in intermediate-level latte art.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling.
  • A positive work attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
