Job Description:

As a skilled Coffee Service Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations at our coffee bars.

The Coffee Service Specialist is responsible for assessing customer coffee preferences, presenting and explaining the menu, adhering to drink recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, and replenishing supplies regularly.

  • Adhere to drink recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks to ensure consistent quality.
  • Replenish coffee supplies regularly to maintain optimal levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.

You should also have proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems, as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
