Job Title: Advanced Practice Specialist in Complex Wound Care

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Specialist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex wounds and be passionate about delivering exceptional care.
  • The successful applicant will contribute to the assessment, planning, and provision of comprehensive care to patients with intricate wounds.
  • Key responsibilities include developing tailored treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing training and guidance to patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent State Registered Nurse certification is required, as well as prior experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Wound Care.
  • WOCP/WOCN certification is beneficial, and a minimum of 2 years in clinical practice with expertise in managing complex wounds is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary for this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent State Registered Nurse certification.
  • Prior experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Wound Care is preferred.
  • WOCP/WOCN certification is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice with expertise in managing complex wounds.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
