As a Wound Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team responsible for managing complex wounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients with complex wounds to provide personalized care
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Providing education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on wound management and prevention
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and communicating effectively with colleagues and patients

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

  • Degree in Nursing or State Registered Nurse certificate
  • Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent (preferable for Senior Staff Nurse position)
  • WOCP/WOCN certification is an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical practice experience as a Wound Care Nurse/Specialist Nurse
  • Experience in managing complex wounds is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
