We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at OHMYHOME PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our managed sites, leading and supervising site staff and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and plan site operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of site staff and contractors.
- Lead and supervise site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful site operations.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and facilities regularly to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Solicit and analyze quotations from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance works.
- Respond to resident queries and correspondence, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate complaints and disturbances, taking corrective action as necessary to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Liaise with council members and convene council meetings to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including financial data, site performance metrics, and other relevant information.
- Work closely with site staff to ensure compliance with building statutory requirements, including electrical and plumbing works.
- Oversee all managed sites' addition and alteration projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Liaise with insurance carriers, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in site operations and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with site staff, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on site performance and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving site objectives and goals.
