Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our real estate investment team, you'll be responsible for managing a market-leading core product in the Asia Pacific region. Your primary focus will be on building a balanced core portfolio across key markets in Asia, working closely with our teams to drive investment performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio metrics to inform investment decisions
• Support communications with investors and prepare materials for fund-raising
• Assist with all aspects of fund management, including portfolio strategic allocation and tactical allocation, investor reporting and requests, annual asset strategic planning, portfolio valuations, and operational matters
• Prepare presentations to senior management and investors
• May serve as a director on holding company entities

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in real estate acquisitions, asset management, and fund management. You should have at least 10 years of experience in the industry, with a minimum of 6 years in real estate portfolio management and investments. Your expertise should include funding, structuring, and financing, as well as a good understanding of property investment, development, and financing processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as strong Excel skills and the ability to build complex financial models. You should also be highly organized, with good project management skills and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders in various parts of the world.
