Job Title: Engineering Assistant

We are seeking an experienced engineering assistant to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering support to manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty production equipment
  • Improve and upgrade production equipment hardware and control software
  • Identify and rectify process problems for quality improvement and scrap reduction
  • Update and control of equipment spare parts
  • Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment
  • Support new program/model start-up
  • Support production overtime during weekdays, weekends, Sundays, and public holidays
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of similar experience in manufacturing industry problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to perform shift work
