You will oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring seamless operations and maximum efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing programs and solutions for increasing uptime and addressing equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and implement new tool installations, relocations, and chamber retrofits.
  • Develop and maintain equipment maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Work with process owners to develop, prioritize, and manage projects to reduce defects, improve availability, and find solutions to ongoing problems.
  • Serve as liaison between facilities, vendor representatives, and shift personnel.
  • Interact with process owners and tool vendors to develop new hardware, software, and technologies related to process and hardware performance improvements.
  • Write and publish reports summarizing equipment availability improvements and cost reduction projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Good experience in cleanroom wafer fabs, preferably with relevant internship experience or prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership skills to motivate team members from multiple sites and different backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic coding knowledge desired.
  • Self-motivated, self-governing, and able to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
