Singtel and the Singapore Institute of Technology have collaborated to launch a Work-Study Programme called "The Catalyst Programme". This programme is designed for Polytechnic Diploma holders to secure a full-time position with Singtel while pursuing a university honours degree in BEng Infrastructure and Systems Engineering.
The ideal candidate will work closely with customer success managers to manage existing customers' and potential customers' requirements, prepare and support for client SLA meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and workshops to gather requirements on expected data centre solutions.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to design customized data centre solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring successful implementation and integration of data centre solutions.
- Address technical issues or concerns that may arise and facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Participate in customer audits and coordinate major maintenance activities with clients and the maintenance team.
- Support DC Operations team in preparing monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Services.
- At least 3 years of experience in Mission Critical Facilities or Facilities Management field.
- Ability to effectively work with customers and internal teams.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

An estimated salary range of SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on your background and qualifications.
