We are seeking a seasoned Legal professional to oversee all legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions. As the Lead Corporate Governance Attorney, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates within regulatory frameworks, maintains effective risk management strategies, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal advice on matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and investment documentation.
  • Manage corporate governance across business units, handling all contracts, licensing, and IP agreements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 15 years of PQE experience in private practice and in-house counsel roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks, corporate structuring, and intellectual property.
  • Proven experience advising on corporate governance, complex commercial contracts, and major transactions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
