Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Care & Nurturing:
    • Possess genuine love and patience towards infant and toddlers.
    • Maintain a keen focus on the physical, social, and emotional well-being of our young learners.
  • Curriculum Delivery:
    • Plan and execute lesson activities that promote cognitive development and creativity.
    • Ensure a secure and hygienic environment for babies to grow and thrive.
  • Administration:
    • Prepare lesson materials and track developmental checklists.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
  • Team Work:
    • Attend meetings regularly and participate actively in team discussions.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Build Home-School Partnership:
    • Maintain consistent communication with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress.
    • Able to address parents' concerns and provide support as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • HCIC and/or ACEY certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent qualification.

The successful candidate will be required to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
