Job Description

We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to join our team and shape the future of our compliance function. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to grow their career in a fast-paced industry.

  • Provide expert guidance on laws, regulations, and industry best practices, while serving as the custodian of the firm's compliance policies and frameworks.
  • Establish, update, and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the firm operates in full alignment with regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and other applicable standards.
  • Identify and assess enterprise-wide risks, implement mitigation measures, and monitor internal processes to strengthen governance and support informed decision-making by senior management.
  • Prepare for and coordinate with regulators during inspections or audits, ensuring timely responses, accurate documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of compliance experience within the financial services industry, preferably in securities, brokerage, or asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and AML/CFT frameworks, with proven ability to apply these in a practical, business-oriented manner.
  • Hands-on experience with regulatory audits and inspections, including preparation of reports, documentation, and follow-up with regulators.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and advise on governance and risk management issues.
