Logistics Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, internal audit, and compliance.
The primary role of the Logistics Compliance Specialist will be to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and strategic risks across all business units. This will involve proactively assessing risk exposures and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement mitigation strategies.
In addition to risk assessment, the Logistics Compliance Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business workflows and financial information to identify potential risk exposures and gaps in controls. They will also assist in the creation, execution, and oversight of compliance policies and governance frameworks.
To be successful in this role, the Logistics Compliance Specialist will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in risk management, internal audit, compliance, process improvement, or business controls.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and internal policies.
