Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled coffee professional to join our team as a Barista/Front of House (FOH) staff member. The successful candidate will be responsible for brewing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, milk-frothing, and filter pourover coffee.

  • Brewing and serving coffee drinks in accordance with company standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Familiarity with coffee preparation methods and ingredients.
