Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer - Singapore to join our growing team of multidisciplinary specialists. Based in Singapore, you'll work closely with Product, Treasury, and Security teams to develop world-class capital market products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with regulators as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks, policies, and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate meaningful reporting internally and externally, respond to information requests, and proactively communicate product changes and notifiable events.
  • Collaborate with global Product and Operational teams to drive risk-based processes and ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Expertise in compliance related to Dealing in Capital Market Products and experience working with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
  • Demonstrable experience designing and challenging processes, ideally across multiple products.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for improving current practices and processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
