Job Title: Tech Support Specialist

Job Description

As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to security and communication systems.

  • Perform basic network troubleshooting
  • Support the service team on commissioning, preventive maintenance, and testing of equipment
  • Develop and design surveillance or network systems with project leaders
  • Deliver projects according to schedule, client satisfaction, and installation standards
  • Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intercom, fire alarm, AV, public address, and other security and communication systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot any technical problems
  • Analyze equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective actions
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

  • O levels, diploma, or degree in IT Networking/Electronics & Electrical/IT Engineering/Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience in security/CCTV industry
  • Provisional license to use AI to enhance productivity and solve work problems
  • Experience in IP network-based video surveillance, door access control, and intrusion system design and setup
  • Experience in router setup and configuration
