Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative User Experience Designer to craft world-class user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our digital products, ensuring seamless interactions and intuitive interfaces that delight our users.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Prototyping
    • Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
    • Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsive behaviors across screen sizes and devices.
    • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate based on usability data.
  • Front-End Development
    • Translate UI/UX designs into fully functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, React Native, or similar frameworks.
    • Integrate with backend services, APIs, and third-party platforms in close collaboration with engineering teams.
    • Implement secure and scalable front-end architecture, optimized for a global user base.
  • UX for OTA & Membership Platforms
    • Design and optimize user journeys specific to travel booking platforms (search, booking, cancellation, payments, confirmation flows).
    • Work on membership features, including tiered access, loyalty dashboards, gated content, and wallet/token-based access.
    • Ensure clear communication of travel-related information (pricing, inclusions, availability) with a focus on trust and clarity.
  • Branding & System Consistency
    • Build and maintain Staynex's design system and component libraries.
    • Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital touchpoints—aligned with the brand's tone, goals, and vision.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development across both web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven experience working on an OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform (web and/or app), with a strong understanding of the travel booking lifecycle.
  • Experience designing or developing membership-based platforms (e.g. loyalty programs, gated access models, or tiered user systems).
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and front-end stacks like React.js, React Native, Next.js, HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility relating to OTA web and travel applications.
