Creative User Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user experiences. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in crafting user interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
Responsibilities:- Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and UI components for web and mobile platforms.
- Create engaging and brand-consistent visuals such as graphics, illustrations, and icons to enhance the user interface.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into interactive and accessible design solutions.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability findings, and stakeholder input.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements and ensure alignment with design systems and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic, web, or UI designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Methodical approach to work, consistently meeting deadlines.
