Job Title:

Distribution Logistics Coordinator


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Distribution Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of products.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure systematic issue and loading of breads in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow daily stock control and Duty Officer's instructions to cut/add or full load.
  • Check randomly the total issues tally with the Daily Stock Control (DSC) to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure all daily products are issued out promptly.
  • Maintain sufficient stocks for all equipment and forms needed in the Department.
  • Enforce good housekeeping practices in the loading bay and distribution office.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum GCE 'N'/ 'O' level qualification.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • The ability to commit to morning/night shifts.
  • The ability to work on weekends/public holidays.
  • The ability to carry heavy trays of breads (e.g., 15kg).
