Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion into new markets. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, experience in project delivery, and a proven track record of successful business development.

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategies to grow our footprint in the public and private sectors.
  • End-to-end Sales Cycle: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and negotiation to deal closure.
  • Enterprise Software Deals: Drive enterprise software deals with a focus on large-scale projects exceeding $3 million.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.

Pre-Sales & Bid Management:

  • RFP/RFQ Response: Lead the response to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant submissions.
  • Bid Management: Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling business proposals.
  • Tender Management: Conduct cost estimation, solutioning, and risk analysis for tenders and proposals.
  • Presentation & Demonstration: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales, sales, business development, or account management within the technology industry.
  • Deal Size: Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale deals exceeding $3 million.
  • Industry Network: Established relationships within government agencies, financial services, or other large enterprises in the private sector.
  • Technical Acumen: Background in software development, system integration, or ICT solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Sales & Bidding Expertise: Experience managing RFP/RFQ responses, proposal writing, and solution costing.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Project Delivery Exposure: Hands-on experience with project management or software delivery.
  • Public Sector Procurement: Experience working in Singapore's public sector procurement process.
  • Agile Software Development: Prior experience in agile software development environments.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams in deal structuring and pre-sales support.
