Job Description

We are seeking a Results-Driven Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will drive growth, inspire change, and shape the future of education through innovative digital marketing strategies.

You will lead campaign execution across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Taboola, focusing on delivering high-quality leads and measurable impact for our flagship programs.

Your mission will be to launch and optimize campaigns, monitor and analyze metrics, report performance insights, and iterate for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid advertising campaigns from concept to conversion.
  • Strategically manage budgets to drive lead volume while maintaining optimal cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Analyze campaign metrics using various dashboards to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Report performance insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in the education or B2C sectors.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and native platforms.
  • A strong analytical mindset, confident with numbers, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Creative thinking skills, with a flair for writing high-converting ad copy.
  • Goal-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
