**Job Title:** Corporate Deal Makers

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing mergers and acquisitions deals with utmost professionalism. This entails conducting thorough research on relevant laws such as tax laws (direct & indirect), exchange control regulations, corporate laws, securities laws/regulations, and stamp duty laws that impact proposed transactions.

Key aspects of this role include identifying suitable solutions for clients by gathering necessary information and documents, evaluating key commercial objectives, assessing tax and regulatory implications, and seeking feedback from clients.

You will assist clients with ancillary tasks like valuations and due diligences, manage communications with various stakeholders, finalize client deliverables in collaboration with the concerned Partner/Director, and ensure timely billing and fee collections.

In terms of business development, you will focus on developing and strengthening client relationships, exploring opportunities to serve existing clients more effectively, identifying potential new clients, and supporting the firm's business development efforts.

Your role will also entail staying updated on tax and regulatory developments, sharing knowledge with the team, contributing to technical publications, and enhancing personal skills through training and coaching.

Supervising, training, and mentoring team members will be part of your responsibilities to support their growth and development.

The desired skill set for this role includes a solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations such as the Income-tax Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA regulations, Indian company law, and Stamp duty laws.

A results-oriented approach with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and accuracy will be crucial. You should possess the ability to independently manage team members efficiently, think innovatively, excel in number-crunching, communicate effectively, and demonstrate proactiveness and motivation to deliver value to clients.
