We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our school community as a School Health Support Worker.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience working with children and adolescents. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing first aid and emergency care treatment to students, as well as maintaining accurate records of student health information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first aid and emergency care treatment to students during school hours.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student health information, including medical and accident reports.
  • Communicating with parents and teachers regarding student health issues.
  • Assisting in the administration of medications to students.
  • Performing daily checks on first aid kits and reporting any discrepancies to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A diploma in healthcare or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic life support certification.
